Hello. First post on the forum. Slightly nervous.

I produced this strip earlier in the year for a British comic anthology. It's based upon an old image of mine which you can see here. I don't really want to explain what I was trying to achieve in any detail as I'd much rather have people draw their own conclusions, but obviously the narrative is intentionally loose.

This was my first sequential art and though I had very little time to spend on it, it was enormous fun and I'd love to do more of this stuff. I'd really appreciate any feedback or criticism that you may be able to offer.

Thanks.

I love everything about this. From the rich, textured, painted look to the borderless panels to the redemptive message.

Really gorgeous.

Wooow! This is so amazingly beautiful. The first panel on page three in particular just blows me away.

That is a beutifull comic.
The "Blam!" on the seocnd page really threw me because I wasn't expecting it. That's a good thing.

I know, the hits just keep coming.

Poor guy, he's gonna log on tonight and wonder what the hell happened to his nice neat post.

Anyway, it's excellent work!

Your works are one of God's gifts to the eyes. Your paintings are fantastico! And that comic is sweet!

Wow. I wasn't expecting that. Thankyou all for such a lovely welcome. I guess it's all downhill from here..!

I don't really know what else to say, except to note how useful forums like this can be in motivating artists with deep rooted insecurities about their work. Hoorah for the internet! If I find time to do any more sequential work, I'll be sure to share it with you folks...
