Being in Montreal, I can tell you I have found copies at Millenium (near Mont Royal metro) and at Studio 9 (on St-Hubert Street, near Rosemont Metro). Mind you, I think they are already sold out at these two places, but I know Millenium has put a reorder for it.
Better ask them to put a copy aside for you.

I don't know if Capitaine Quebec on St-Catherine, Astro or other places away from dowtown have them. You could always call.

I know I have see a copy of Flight 1 for 15$ at Studio 9 (for anyone interested)

If you don't mind waiting a few weeks, you could probably specialty order it. Some comic shops may even offer you a discount if you do this [I know my new one has a discount on TPB's, unlike my previous one]. Just find the Diamond Order code and go crazy
