Sorry about the title, I just couldn't resist using all those acronyms. :)

Anyway, KEXP has posted a bunch of streaming live performances from the CMJ Music Marathon that was held in New York last week.

I haven't heard them all yet, but with a group of artists like Adem, The Arcade Fire, Joseph Arthur, The Concretes, The Decemberists, Sondre Lerche, Sufjan Stevens, Ted Leo and more, you just know there's some good listenin' to be had here. Guess what I'll be doing tonight?

Listening to the Decemberists as I type this out. Awesome! Thanks for the link.

Man, this is an awesome link. Thanks Kean. For some reason, a lot of these artists seem to sound better when they play live for KEXP. The Iron and Wine tracks that I have from their live performances on the show are some of my favorites from them...

For those of you that listened to the Ted Leo set, how awesome was that solo version of "Me and Mia?" Of course, it's not like his version with The Pharmacists is any less awesome.

I just had to get that off my chest. On to the Sea Ray set!

I was alittle underwhelmed by his solo version, after I heard the version with the pharmacists. But either way, I now can't wait till his/their concert in my city, and I want to buy their cd.
:D

Go Kean, musical-guru for the flight forum.
