It seems to me that most, if not all of your stories involve characters that want to do something more: the kid who wants to follow his crush to the city so they can pursue their show, the artist who wants to make more of differerence, the courier who seems to like his job but wants to do more, the two soldiers who want something to happen...
I guess that's why I've connected with these stories more than some of the others. How did you come up with them?

Hmm, I never really thought about that. Generally, my stories tend to be a combination of two things: 1) Something I just want to draw, and 2) What's on my mind during my off hours, expressed metaphorically. I guess I mull over the idea of greener pastures - and whether or not they really exist - when I daydream.
