What dpi resolution do you guys work your files in?

Yep.

If you ever feel the need to work higher (don't know why you would need to?) or you want to scan line art in at a higher dpi, always stick to the 300's... Example 300, 600, 900, 1200...

But yeah, final files are worked in 300 dpi.

I scan my linework at 600dpi then scale down to 300 dpi to color.
