Hi, hope that anyone have some time to answer this question. :)

What kinda preparation happens before a comic can really be produced,
I mean, things like character concepts, storyboards, etc.

Would like to know, because I'm also trying to create something,
and I'm slowly working it out, so I'm not yet working on the comic itself...
