My favorite is the Thai "Super crunch," which has a bite of tempura in the middle of each roll, and is topped with masago and Tuna. Excellent.

I know it's cliched because they don't even exist in Japan, but I like plain old California rolls. They have lots of yummy stuff in them. Of course tuna maki are good too.

It's all about the spider rolls. Deep-fried-soft shell crab all the way! Although, I don't recommend them for a first date. There is absolutely no way to eat them elegantly.

I like the plain stuff... tuna, salmon, sometimes yellowtail...

for the fancy rolls, I like eel and avocado. Eel is delicious.

I'm a big fan of squid and octopus. Something about the rubberyness pleases me...

Anyone in Savannah -- Sushi Zen (which in my opinion was the best sushi in town) has these totally amazing Fried Calamari rolls. I miss them deeply.
