I'm a george foreman grill master chef! (which is like bragging about having two thumbs)...here's some of the stuff I cook for myself all the time. it's cheap (not mac-n-cheese cheap, but reasonable), and you can always make alot of it.
Lemon Soy Ginger Salmon
1 strip Salmon (the cheaper kind, not smoked salmon)
ginger powder
garlic powder
soy sauce
lemon juice
pepper
vinegar
mix it up, soak the salmon for a bit, throw it on the grill and bam! (I got this from a japanese tapas chef...it's all about the right combination of ingredients.)
Cajun Chicken Breast
chicken breast
black pepper
paprika
white pepper
thyme
garlic
lemon juice
whiskey (if you got it)
mix it up, soak the chicken a little, throw it on the grill, bam!!! faster than you can say "ali knocked me the f%$& out!"
The best damn cheap chicken pasta ever
chicken breast (that you cooked with your george foreman grill), cut up into cubes
rigatoni, or whatever funky shaped pasta you like
diced mushrooms
spinach
diced black olives
lots of feta cheese
some kind of vinegarette dressing (i like balsamic or greek)
salt/pepper
stir-fry over low heat until spinach and mushrooms are nice and cooked. serve. eat until you have to unbutton your pants.
