phantom of the opera...

Post by Ganter » Fri Mar 12, 2004 6:06 pm

so I just saw it for the first time last night (I know, I'm very late! hehe). It was so beautiful! The actor that played the phantom was awesome, the costumes were gorgeous, the music touching, and I was fascinated with the way they changed the sets~ I just loved it and I can't wait to see more musicals~ I've only seen this one and miss saigon so far. I realize I live in NYC and have access to broadway. I want to take advantage of it!

Does anyone else like musicals? I think it's a fascinating way to tell a story~

i was lucky enough that my music teacher back in high school would arrange field trips to see musicals in downtown toronto. on school days too.. :)

so far, i've seen Cats, Miss Saigon, and a couple of others, and loved every minute of it. well... the plays were good too.

my only regrets were not seeing The Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables when they were showing in toronto... they were amazing, or so i've heard. :)
