Chris lent me a CD with songs by Keren Ann on it. I've been listening to it nonstop for a couple days now. Her style fits in nicely with a lot of the new folk music in the LA scene, but I guess she's based in France. Anyway, beautiful, hypnotic stuff...

Yeah, Keren Ann is lovely. Discovered her stuff when she swung through here, playing a double bill with A Girl Called Eddy.
