A collection of links, all Rilo Kiley related:

Here's an... interesting... article on Rilo Kiley's latest album, More Adventurous. Turns out that the vocals for "I Never" was recorded by lead singer Jenny Lewis entirely in the nude. Now that's getting into your music.

Rilo Kiley has arguably the best 'official' bootlegs available for download.

An in-studio performance at KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic, and an MP3 ("It's a Hit") from their latest album, More Adventurous.

...and to neatly tie everything back to The Postal Service (which it always seems to do), Jenny Lewis also provided the backup vocals to a number of songs on Give Up.

So to sum up, Rilo Kiley is, well, a pretty great Midwestern country/pop band, with some outstanding (and heartbreaking) lyrical content. Go give 'em a listen, why doncha?

Wait, this whole official bootleg thing is confusing me. So are they legal or illegal?!

but if they are illegal, why would they have them on their own website?!

My mind is blown.

Been listening to this a lot today. Put it on and crank up the volume. Most girls are bad news, but I heart Jenny Lewis.

Picked up this album a week or so back, and it has been in heavy rotation ever since. But 'Portions for Foxes', 'It's a Hit' and 'Accidental Death' are my favorite gems out of this. But really, there is no weak track on this album.

Mmmm... Rilo. Great stuff. Can't believe I missed their show in Denton. I suck. When did I stop trying to see the bands I like?
