I know I mention him a lot, but Jon Brion is seriously one of the most talented artists living and working today. His wacky, rough-around-the-edges live performances are simply inspiring. He goes from doing these strange "rockin' out" episodes to playing some of the greatest sad, quiet music you're bound to hear someone play on the piano, and to think he does it practically every Friday night... He's definitely one of the best perks of living in LA...
