Great stuff.

My favorite is the batman & randy strip, too cute.

Poor robin.

Inspirational to the max!

Thanks! That is supposed to be the Blessed Mother, actually. It's a sketch for a painting I'm supposed to be starting soon.

At the moment I am sitting in my empty studio which has been stripped down to the partical board subflooring. As soon as the new floor goes in I'll be starting on that painting (I hope I hope!)

I think you might have some holes in your drywall.

Yeah, I'm putting some arches into a hallway wall. The house is chaos at the moment.

Here's a pen drawing of a house -a recent freelance thing (by the way, I had a bit of help from a light table on this one):

and a plain linework version:

And here's the result of a little experiment. Ink on leather -wraps for winebottles:

and they conveniently lace up the back.

The leather takes the ink really well. I wish I had spent a little more time on the face, but I was just excited to see how the inks would look.

Finally, here's a picture of me (I'm getting a lot of mileage out of this one):

I'm going to try to reserve the rest of this sketchbook

Wow. My last post to this sketchbook was two years ago!

Time for a little sketchbook update! I'll start with a few pages from a little 4X6 inch Strathmore drawing pad. That little guy filled up in no time:
