big blue

Post by foster » Fri Jul 21, 2006 1:47 pm

My son has this book that he really likes me to read him called,
Big Blue Bill. It's a story about a big blue tractor trailer and his
journey across country. It's actually fun to read and I love the
illustration style. So I decided to do a my own quick version of
Big Blue Bill.

I really dig the style, foster, excellent work. You ought to put together your own book for your son!

PS. I'm a Truck looks positively awesome.

this kind of retro style really seems to have some lots of success lately... nonetheless I like it... reminds me of when I was a child... not that this would bring up heaps of happy memories... but I likes those books back then :)

thanks everyone:

Michael: That's the book! My son refers to it as Big Blue Bill because
that's the main character. I guess I should have looked at the cover to
see the actual title :)
