Biro. Now there's a word I haven't heard for years. Probably the only thing that I took away from my British learnification was the local terms/slang. Flats, lifts, lorries, lavatories... you know, all that good stuff.

I have this wonderful scenario playing out in my head right now, that when some of us international folk meet you American folk for the first time in person, no one will be able to understand each other. Poor Bengal and Doug talking French and Oz, and I'll be all like, "what's this all aboot, eh?" And you'll all be like, "Ah reckhon these fellers don't know how to speak American."
