I accidentally saved the most recent version of the file a little small, so the only detail shot I can give is missing a few things (including one of the bandage strips above his eye):

Thanks guys! My concern is as follows:

What I have here is the result of maybe four hours of work... is that way too long for what I have in the end? I know some of it is because I'm still getting used to using a tablet, but looking at the end-product I can't help but feel that all the other digital artists out there are able to create something better in a much more quick time frame (especially looking at what everyone posts here).

I'm concerned because I'll be studying art in school come September, and if they demand lots of assignments in short periods of time I might get too caught up in certain pieces.

Anyone have advice or comments to relieve me? :?

The more you use it, the quicker and better you'll get, as you gain confidence in what you are doing.

This is pretty good so far, anyway.
