wow, great work, but the kids book is excellent! Just curious as to if you worked directly with a publishing company or what?

Thanks Arrow! I worked with an author who just started his own publishing/media company. So he was self publishing the book.

A couple sketches from the last two days. I'd really like to take this village to finish... we'll see how that goes. I have a tough time going to a more polished image without losing the colors and life, I think.

I'm still working on refining that color sketch with the huts - I've hit a bit of a roadblock with trying to handle masses of vegetation without it getting too busy or becoming too much of a pattern. Anyone have any advice on that? I've been trying to map out the overall masses and work down from there, but I dunno...
