Robot Surprise!

Post by Tony » Tue Mar 04, 2008 11:02 pm

Hey! Here is a drawing I did today - it's the first non-project-related self-sufficient bit of drawing I've done in at least a year. It's about 20 inches by 9 1/2, pencil on paper, and it's a gift for the son of a friend of mine, whose first birthday is quickly approaching.

I mentioned this elsewhere.. but I think the door knob creates a tangent with his hair... looks like one big piece.

Otherwise. this is AWESOME!!!!

Very nice & charming drawing Tony! I like the variety of models and the way that one is leaping in the air!

Thanks guys!

DIK - good call, thanks!

JAKE - Yeah, maybe... I was thinking it'd make a fun series, too.

I did think that the doorknob was a bow in the hair at first, but I figured it out after a second. Very, very cool!
