You know, there's something about the line work in the first one I'm not crazy about, but the rest are just made of win.

*Love* love love the snail. It's completely spot-on. (Really enjoy the cat sequence too)

your cat comic is great.

I like how you draw your characters very much.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. The place I used to work (Auran) for just went into voluntary liquidation (we all got let go!), so it looks like I'm going to have a lot more time to draw now :)

kidnemo - the snail was painted with acrylics on the torn off side of a carton of softdrinks

Thanks again everyone, sounds like I should do some more snail type pics. Keep your eyes peeled!

If you are aiming at making it as an illustrator, I think you have an advantage in your style that is very easy to recognise. Just as a company want to have a logo that you can recognise in the corner of your eye, a magazine might want to have illustrations that will attract peoples attention.

Ah geez, you used to work at Auran? Sorry to hear about the closure. I heard Fury was a decent and unique game but in this world where World Of Warcraft is king, it's hard for companies who make MMO's to turn a true profit.. look at codemasters.. couple of their own games had to become free-to-play because no one really played them.

I loved the comic about the cat. That put a real big smile on my face. :)

Hey Stick, yeah Fury had some potential early on in the piece, but I think most realised it wasnt going to work with the decisions that were being made. I didnt work on it though, I did the art for the little Battlestar Galatica XBLA game that came out mid-late last year.

Thanks for the comment on my comic, I'm glad you liked it, it certainly was fun to draw. That cat has so many stories left to tell ;)
