The director of this film is a friend of mine, and he's a great and talented dude. I hope this does well, but I'm sure it will be fantastic to watch.

oh really Kazu? Thats so awesome. I saw his original plot on youtube which was totally cool even with no voiceovers. Can't wait to see the big picture.

I was very taken by this trailer and surprised I hadn't heard anything about it before! It reminds me of a lot of cool student films taken to extreme heights and feature length. I kind of hope they keep that rock soundtrack for the final film too.

I hope this gets screened at TIFF or Toronto After Dark, I have a feeling that this movie is going to rock my world.

EDIT: Dave, I agree 100% with the rock bit, but it needs to be rock orchestral and with some possible German lyrics in it.

I'm usually picky when it comes to 3d animated movies but i saw the student film and loved it. It looks dramatic and epic and I'm so excited to see it :)

It's funny Dave said that this reminds him of a student film, because lo and behold, it was! ... re=related

(Be sure to press the HQ button, it makes a marginal difference).

Yeah, I was pretty surprised when someone linked me this. I wonder if the film will keep the same tone, what with the voice acting and all that.

That looks like it could be fun!

Reminds me of Oogy Boogey from Nightmare Before Christmas. He was an awesome character.

9 was awful. Seriously, don't waist your time. The whole thing felt like one really long scene and at no point did I care at all about any of the characters. None of the acts were interesting. I kept waiting for the movie to grip me and suck me in, but it never did. I was just sitting there wishing it was over.

At least so far this has been the first summer movie disappointment for me.
