I'm really enjoying your story. The octopus sequence was really great. How many pages will it take to tell eekeemoo's story?

Hi Jake, I'm glad you like it. In answer to your question... I don't really know! I know where I'm going but how is rather fluid! That's the thing with this sketch-scan-post process it means that the story changes each week and subsequently so does the length! The idea was to run it for a year. So about 100 + pages give or take. However posting twice a week may drive me and you all mad by then!

Hi there just a note to say that part one of eekeemoo finishes with page 25 and that part two will begin again on August the 1st.

A number of reasons for doing this... the two biggies are that I need to focus on Kiboko for the next month and the other is that I need to do some re-draws for the print version of eekeemoo part one!

This is very cool, but I can't believe no-one else has brought up the many similarities to Matthew Forsythe's Ojingogo.

What? We have to wait till August to see what happens?!

I'm looking forward to see how this story works in print. The current layout is perfect for the web. I especially liked the reveal of those two giants and the halo guy on page 25 as you scroll down, amazing. Keep it up, I'm loving it.

Oh Wow! I am very flattered that you think it has similarities the great Ojingogo. And you are indeed the first to make this link. But apart from the fact they scroll and a have squid's I don't see Eekeemoo has any other similarities to Mathew's great story. Maybe one day...
