I really like this, you've got the mood of making comics just right! And the funny thing is, I have those same little critters on my desk when I am drawing! Must be coincidence.

Thanks guys! Glad your enjoying it!

I know what you mean joost! For me they appear when I'm not drawing. Before I start it's "You're no good, you can't draw." And then when I stop drawing they say, "This is horrible. You should quit before you make it worse."

So recently I've discovered that the key is to just keep drawing!

Just let it out!

Great critters and great stories! I want to read more!

The one thing that felt a little out of place was seeing the screenshot of your monitor pasted into the first comic (last panel, page 5 & 6). The characters are simplified renderings and giving the monitor such realism makes it stand out. It didn't hurt the story at all, just a slight visual bump.

Keep up the good work,
Pat

That first one about what you should do is priceless. I think we can all relate.

First off... you have a cintiq???! Second... explain how one acquires the nickname "Latino Heat". Third... quit eating those damn Skittles! Eat some real fruit.

These are fun to read.

Those first pages ring so true, dammit, whether its comics, words, pictures, whatever one tries to output!

You give a textbook example for creativity and originality. Figs to all those who do not realize that the point is to do something new with established forms and ideas that people can relate to, without being derivative. Figs, I say! Congrats, you have (inadvertently?) proven a point while making a nice webcomic along the way.

Hey, thanks for the comments everybody! I think my pride demon just got bigger!

Patrace: Hmm, I guess I can see that. I filled the screen with just a plain color in this next comic. It's a lot smoother but we don't get the immeadiate information that it's a screen, like in the first comic. What do you think, man?

James Dog: 1) I bought it in order to draw my graphic novel. I'll let you know if the investment ever pays off, ha ha. 2) Andres is a hot mexican male. This is his username for Halo. 3) You are not can tell me whut to do. Me no like them frutz. Me can do whutever me wants. Me hav cavities. Ouch.

MeHighlow: Thanks for getting my back man! Figs to the Philistines, yeah!

I really love this stuff. Very relatable and hilarious. It's an approach I haven't really scene taken by journal comics, and I really like it. Totally love the last panel of the skittles story haha.

These are absolutely brilliant. Truly funny, relatable and a cool style with neat colouring? Sign me up to your list of fans. :D

Out of curiosity; what do you plan your graphic novel to be about?
