SO, here is the inked first page of a story I will serialize on my upcoming website. Color will be added via Painter early next week (when I get home.)

Image

I'm gonna try to do the whole story w/o words. It should be about 15 pages.

I'll color the title so it stands out more. Clouds will be in the sky. And the forest will get darker as Harry goes into it. In the last panel, he's looking a mysterious glow beyond some trees, deep in the forest. (Color will bring that out.)

Peace--
Phil

It looks great. The more I see of everyone's work posted to this message board, the more I realize how much harder I should be pushing myself to draw something nice. I feel like a freakin' caveman with fingerpaints next to all youse folk.

This is so awesome, Phil! Beautiful stuff! I'm curious to see these "little planets". Great job!

This is really amazing. So much detail, yet everything stands out very clearly.

Man--I'm itching to post the colors, but can't do them yet. So in lieu--sort of--I'll just post the pencils. Why not.

Beautiful! I even like how the character has more lines than the rest of the composition.

Now where's the color, you lazy bum? :x

That's cuz I can draw a leaf right the first time, but not a human.
Wait--I mean, yeah. I did that to put dramatic emphasis on the youthful protagonist.

I can't color until like, Monday, when I have my Wacom. So there!

Yo.
