I guess I need to find someone else to host my images since photobucket is apparently resizing them and making them out of focus. Untill then it is better to view my work at www.hyperion-art.com . Thank you

A comic I was inspired to write after finding Boltcity.com. First bit of artwork I've done in 7 years, really falling in love with it all over again.
here are the first 4 pages, I just broke my pen. Please feel free to tear it apart, I need the critical criticism.

I've been going to school full time for web design / graphics arts so I haven't had much time. And I hated the last 6th page I did so I decided I'm going a different more fanciful direction, which is more my style anyway. Feel free to comment, this is my first attempt at comic writing or illustration and I have no real intention to pursue it professionally. So I don't mind good criticism even if it seams harsh, in fact I invite it.Image
I reposted this because photobucket has started resizing images, so now I use flickr. I also changed a few things because I felt it was to flat.

There are a lot of nice moments in here but it's undone by some sloppiness.

Sketchy black lines and flat, rich color don't work very well together, IMO. The colors you choose are quite good, though.

The blur on the last page doesn't work at all. The panels before it are quite good, though.
