hunting for a crow nib

Post by Hyperion » Tue Nov 11, 2008 4:02 am

I went to Michael's today, and to my surprise they do not sell just a nib. They only sell a multi pack of nibs, or a hunt crow #102 pen, nib, ink set. What's up with that? Well I've been searching the internet now, and I can't seem to find any nibs for less than 1.50$ + 8.90$ SH, like it costs that much to ship a pen tip... if anyone knows where to order like a pack of #102 pen tip please let me know.

Michael's serves so many different types of customers that it doesn't carry a lot of variety in its drawing and painting aisles (it's really more a crafts store). Blick is a good place to start, or if you travel up north, here's a list of art supply stores in Orange County and Los Angeles. Happy shopping!
