i had the exact opposite reaction.

I seem to be the only person on the planet that thinks Departed was really bad. Not a big fan of Deus Ex Machinas and random junk used fill up time and advance the plot.

I think this story is really great, but I recommend you lighten the grey tones by 20%.

Having printed in B&W, I can tell you that these tones will turn out even darker when printed, especially if it's not on glossy stock. It'd be a shame if the artwork got muddled.
