I heard the movie was going to be released in 3d imax theatres? I wonder if it's true, I'd pay a little extra to see it like that.
For all you Moore fans, I believe they will also be making a Watchmen movie.

Tony Jaa

First I gotta say I hate when people compare Jaa to Chan, Li or The Bruce or any other Asian martial arts actor. They're different people with different styles of fighting and movie making, so stop it. So anyway, Tony Jaa kicks your ass! It's true. I recently saw The Protector, which I thought was p...

Nice sketchbook, I like the flash interface like flipping pages.
Your sketches have a nice quality to them, I like being able to see the process of the sketch through your corrections and leaving mistakes where they are.

I like 'em. Who is the one on the left, though? Also, minor criticism: Ron's left arm looks beefier and longer than his right. I think if his right arm is only moving that far forward, his left arm wouldn't be swung that far back to balance it. also this brought to my attention the fact that no one...

Those commercials are so weird they're awesome!
Although I've never heard of making a music video for a commercial theme... seems like the commercial is video enough for the theme.
I didn't watch the music video though, i had enough of the theme after 4 commercials

link links

I've been finding myself looking at a lot of the same websites and I 'm getting the idea the scope of work I'm looking at is pretty narrow. The idea of this thread's sort of like a web gallery of links to whatever you've been looking at for inspiration, reference or just anything cool and interistin...

I would like to believe your portfolio is the only thing you should worry about, and in most cases it will be. Although you might miss some potential connections or the opportunity to meet and work with more people interisted in art similar to your style at a school with a dedicated arts program.

I dunno where everyone's seeing this line weight variation. It looks to me as though the drawings were outlined with a single nib and the black areas were filled with a brush, or brush pen. But the lines are pretty consistant, no change in weight. That just appears to be the style of maintaining con...
