Question About Patenting a Toy Idea

Several of my friends and myself are the final design stages for a toy line. We've developed the design, appearance, and packaging for the first wave of toys. I was wondering if any of you had any experience in this area, we want to make sure we properly patent the ideas before we approach a manufac...

It's supossed to be a stylized elephant logo. When I asked people I know what it was, some of the responses were a bald-headed man and a fruit bat. So I wanted to make sure it was recognizable enough. I can't really talk about the project at the moment, but whenever it's complete I'll post some more...

I'll further expose my ignorance. What I meant was I don't know who the person in the picture is, and thus don't understand the picture or people reactions. Feel sorry for this poor fool.

I like the art in the 3rd comic the best, there's just something about the style that clicks. I a bit confused about the transition from the first to the second page, but I guess the rest of the store would make it clearer (plus I tend not to that perceptive). My only comment would be that some of t...

Frank thanks for the honest crit. I was going to keep working on it before it fell in the water, but honestly I wouldn't have fixed any of the mistakes you mentioned. I haven't taken any art classes since middle school, so I don't have a eye for what looks correct or incorrect, but I'll try to apply...

I'm having a little trouble understanding the story, but it sounds rather controversial (something videogames are not), and probably down-right racist. I can't give a easy answer, but if I do understand it correctly I agree with Vince. I would suggest you tell him you can't be involved in the projec...
