Beautiful film. The family and I enjoyed it a great deal. So what if the story had elements that were familiar. Pixar surpassed my initial expectations (which were quite high after The Incredibles) and delivered a fun and gorgeous product.

Toth was definitely THE master of storytelling and illustration, and influenced many. Thanks for posting the letter and questions. His handwriting was as impressive as his art.

These are pretty terrific. Stradling the fence between painterly and just filling in areas can be a good thing, like these pieces you shared.
