I agree...I can't really take the a movie seriously if it's called 'Michael Moore Hates America' I'm not expecting it to be unbiased.....then again, Farenheit 9/11 isn't really going to be either... If this Mike Wilson guys wants to be taken seriously he should just make the documentary about Moore ...

Shrek 2's success

Now, this has been a stone in my boot for some time now - so much so that I've been banned from discussing it at home , but.... What do you guys think of Shreak 2's success? I for one am almost disgusted at the way they have gone out of their way to beat Finding Nemo's record (Dreamworks have admitt...

I agree...if the news and the government can show be biased in what they say, why can't moore? I for one cannot wait to see this film.....I enjoy Moore's style. Although too much of it is a bad thing. Me and my girlfriend tried to watch series two of 'The Awful Truth' in one sitting. After about 5 e...

finally!

Someone who thinks the same! I've been a fan of Doug since Earthworm Jim and hunted (interstate no less) for CreatureTech. I love it - the ideas, the art, the dialogue - but I was very let down by the end. I tend to think that religion - or even faith - should be alluded to in work so that the reade...

where did you hear about that nsoehardi?? That's awesome! His book 'The Red Tree' is being made into an art installation here in Australia, up in Brisbane I think. And, a local puppetry company is doing the lost thing as an installation puppetry show here in my home town. I've already lined myself u...

Shaun Tan's 'The Lost Thing' and 'The Red Tree'

Not sure if these books have been mentioned in here, but I cannot recommend them enough. Both have been shortlisted for best picture book here in Australia, but for some reason he is yet to win. They are hard to describe, but the main draw is Tan's art. All the images are painted with such skill tha...

oh yeah baybeee

Zim is right up there as one of most insane, visually amazing, hilarious cartoons made. Nick continued their talent of brilliant mistakes by letting Jhonen Vasquez make cartoons for kids. Man, the dude wrote a comic called 'Johnny the Homicidal Maniac!' Check it out Kean....your mind will be blown a...

A Newbie timidly asks a question from the corner....

Hey guys, just joined the forum and wanted to say Hi. Love the work around here. Kazu your stuff is especially good, good luck with Flight. Can't wait to see it, hope I'll be able to easily get it here in Australia. Anyways, I do have a question. Can anyone suggest a good web server to set up my own...
