The only problem I have with this page is the whole "My space!" thing...the spacing and caps are so close together that I at first read that as "Myspace!" and it ruined the moment for me...but I know that's not intentional.

I've always been trying to find something to get me interested in Astro Boy and I think this movie does it. It's officially on my 'can't wait!' list.

My only worry is that the story will be too convoluted and try to go too many places at once. The trailer seems to convey that impression on me, but I'll certainly still see it.

Doubt

Now using the advent of the moving pictures, see real theatrical drama from the comfort of a big screen TV! Doubt drags cinema back to the old school by playing itself as though it was on the medium it was meant for: the stage. While watching the film, you can feel the act structure, the dramatic te...

Reactions here seem to be the same as everywhere else: disappointment. That's a shame really because I think it has a neat premise to it...and I was getting so excited for the film too. Oh well, maybe it won't be such a disappointment if I see it expecting to be disappointed.

Saw it a second time as well and noticed all the painted backgrounds as well as that Miley Cyrus has about 10 lines, much to the disappointment of my little sister.

The one movie I should've seen at TIFF that I didn't. It's going to be playing non stop downtown though for a while so I'll be able to catch it.

I think if there was a newspaper that was just a large comic section that was published, it'd bring something back. The advent of internet news is what I think is killing a lot of the newspaper comics but there are days when I'm outside and I just want to pick up and read nothing but a comics sectio...

2008 was awesome. I expect 2010 to be just as good. I don't know so much about 2009; odd numbered years tend to suck.

Biiiig picture, loooong shot! Zoom camera to door and track to right window! That is one large glass of milk and one mountain of cookies. Santa doesn't use the front door if there's a chimney though, only if it's a gas fireplace. Very nicely done though Pasc, one of the best I've seen yet.

Great design and color choices, but she seems not to be putting any pressure on her left foot at all :? . Still, it's pretty!

At least this movie had some merit over The Secret of Moonacre, which just sucks outright [Dakota Blue Richard's acting aside, being the only thing that holds the film together].
