One other bit of advice. You don't draw what you see, you draw what you know in the same spot as what you see. You develope the skill to tell how far apart stuff is and then you place an object there that you know. If you only know how to draw boxs and spheres, then draw those in the places where ri...

I'll tell you what I've found for myself. I only like life drawing when I have a specific procedure that I can follow. I don't like sitting there and just "trying" to make something appear on the page when I don't know what I'm doing. That's just frustrating for me. Personally I don't see a differen...

Pencils work better with digital painting. Inking works better with flatter colors. Back in the day, there was no digital painting.
