Oh man I like this a lot. I had an idea to push it more towards that old japanese print feel. In photoshop, I put a Sepia photo filter of 100% on it, and using the texturizer option had scaling 50% and relief 4. I'm still experimenting with what I like. Some strips don't have a lot of action, so I don't really see a natural need for shadow. I thought coloring would add interest in those cases.
