Anyone attending Fluke?

I'm thinking about visiting Fluke April 1st and was wondering if anyone else here is going to be there or has been there before?

The Parable Group, Inc. are being silly. You are not suppose to be able to own the trademark to a common word like clothes, water or book, but they some how do own the trade mark to Parable. Matter of fact, the own many brands with the parable name included. At the time of my search they didn't own ...

Love it! I enjoyed your Smooth... comic too. Frank and Frank reminds me of Saturday morning shorts that I watched as a kid. A nice escape.

1999 is old? It's not that old, but yes, it's not new either.

Let's just say it's a fine time filler when you can't decide what else to rent and you want to make a night of it.

At the least "Stories of faith, love and grace" would make a fine tagline for the collection.

It's hard to decide between #2 and #4. I'm leaning toward #4 for the colors, but I miss the line texture of #2. I think what is nagging me the most is the dotted blanket. It distracts me. I would like to see a more detailed pattern or a solid color. I admire your watercolor skill. Reminds me of Bill...

October Sky

I watched October Sky tonight and enjoyed it. It's about a boy living in a small town of little hope, trying to build a rocket that can reach the stars.

Wow. I'm amazed at how well you tell stories without a single word. I've tried over and over, but just can't seem to grasp it. Always wonderful to see another Frank and Frank comic.

The Horn Book Magazine is a well established and respected magazine in the children's book industry. Contrats to Kazu for making the cover and contents.

I've been meaning to go out and get a copy of Daisy Cutter, guess now I have no option.

I watched the trailer to The Wild and you can hear everyone else grumbling in the theater that it was a Madagascar rip-off. I felt the same way. The trailer did little to capture my interests, so I'm going to avoid this like I plan to avoid Over The Hedge. I think if the animation industry is anythi...

LOL! I'm curious now. It does star M.C. Hammer. :? Equilibrium = one of the greatest movies I've ever seen. As far as asthetics and action are concerned anyways. I liked Equilibrium and I'm shocked that Kurt Wimmer actually wrote it. Gives me hope that some day I'll win an oscar without ever having...

Well... if you are a fan this flick, you'll love his earlier film One Tough Bastard.
