Wow, Muffin, those new brushes are definitely worth exploring more - much thicker, more textured look than your other stuff, really adds to your eloquent simplicity ^^

24 hour comic snippets

Just a few random pages from 24 hour comics day - since every page was a separate autobio vignette anyway (that's kind of cheating isn't it? lol). Now that I've seen some of the other work produced, I realize that I'm even slower than I thought. How do people do such good stuff in so little time? It...

I just love these so much, I'm so glad you've been continuing with them. And some of the objects really seem to have some strong personalities coming out - I think my favourite is the coffee (is or are? lol), and it's nice to see a repeat character as far as the objects go. I also really enjoyed the...

Wow, those twisted antennaes are so charming! (This is also a bit Mary Poppins-esque, which can only be a good thing ^_^)

I love these so much! The more tactile media gives them a wonderful wistfulness. I think those tiny ghosts marching into the box are my favourite so far.

jdalton: Funnily enough, I found the ending to Crouching Tiger very unsatisfying. mostly because it seemed a comepletely pointless action. Then again, the illogical can be a major sticking point for me in stories. Hmm, let's see. The wording of the question makes me recoil a bit, because something h...

I really like the warmth of the pencils Blom! (Also, Kay Nielson's illustrations for this story are some of my favourite ever!)
Would love to see more Norwegian fairytales!

Wow, gorgeous! The first is so imaginative, and the second is so evocative! (Also, the second reminds me a bit of Venus Hum's "Hummingbirds" music video)
