New Illustrations for Fun and Profit
Hey Party People, It's been such a while since I've shared some new work with you guys. I thought I would post some of my favorite pieces in the past few months. Would love to know what you art-makers think. Enjoy! http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2680/4088710122_91585d9a63.jpg Grief through Times of ...

A New Piece for Spring
Hey everyone, been a while, but I liked this new piece I did an wanted to share it with you guys. It was developed as a promotional piece, but it's also part of a series I'll be showing at a gallery here in Philadelphia. The basic themes are spring, inspiration, hope, etc and I wanted it to be seen ...

hi john, i'm a huge admirer of Bone and Jeff Smith in general. i'll try and talk about why I love it to maybe hep you out, but it's entirely possible that it's just not your thing. I love it because it is extremely well done, technically. You're connecting with it on that base, who wouldn't, and the...

Winter!
Hi all. This is another addition to a Seasons show that will be happening in Philadelphia next year. This is Winter. There's more of a night time palette, with dawn very softly breaking.

Hope you like it and thanks!

New Commissions!
Hey guys. Here are two images from private commissions I had recently. The first client wanted something along the lines of Where the Wild Things Are, and because he liked the antiquity in some of my work I thought maybe kids could be discovering a mural of one of the scenes. http://farm4.static.fli...

Lunar Moth
This is a quick spot I did from a pencil drawing. It's a lunar moth, and the symbol above it is a mayan symbol for the moon I found after a little research.

did you make the actual mario or was it pasted from a shot of the game or someting? i ask, because that mario is the exact model of the game so if you did it from scratch that's awesom. i would say that i think you can do without the black outline on the clouds, etc because it's too harsh for the re...

thanks a lot for the words guys. about the minimalistic background, i wanted to keep it pretty much white to avoid any sort of specificity of place. i think if i were to do that then it would make it sort of like one step closer to being purely representational, if that makes sense. then again, i gu...

St George
Hi guys. This was done for a Dragon themed illustration project my friends and I were participating in. I like to sort of put myth in modern time and this kinda juxtaposes the traditional story of St George and the Dragon and a modern rehappening of the same event. Hope you guys dig it. Later. http:...
