I haven't said it yet, but I've been reading this comic forawhile now and I love it, such a nice, refreshing online comic that has good messages without being corny or overbearing, and not to mention just great imagery and imagination that goes into it. And this comic is great, just like the others.

It all really depends on the designer and what you want to do with your website. I'm not sure about wordpress but MovableType allows you to create modules that load snippits of code into your templates. I create modules for the header, navi, footer and some of the sidebar items. Any time I want to ...

Yeah, the CSS I have there is pretty simple and works all over, I just get anal about efficiency when it comes to website coding and am always trying to sniff out something better.

And thank you!

More website related questions: CSS

This isn't so much a "I need help" topic as much as a "What do you suggest" topic. Half the websites I do have big graphics on them that are best split up for easier loading, and in the past I would set up the graphics within tables and then do text and everything else via CSS. Now, however, I want ...

Oh yes, mine's all set up and I've already done three posts, it's all working fine. Still no clue about the mysterious crashes I was having, but I haven't had any since, so cross my fingers.

I love your style of comicking (and drawing, really) here, and the second one is so interesting, the way he's drawing the actual frame and all.

I assume at the end she wakes up and is wondering why she's at the window? If so I suggest redoing that frame so you see her face as she wakes up in confusion, then that should be much clearer.

Otherwise, as everyone else said, it has a nice feel to it, I like the colors muchly.

Now for Faux's heads:

I haven't really gotten her down yet, but her first headsheets looked hideous so I redid the whole thing today. I like this one much better.

Well, if it's necessary then I shall leave it be!
I just wasn't sure if it was something that should be cleaned out on occassion like an internet browser cache or what now.

I know it's not my connection at least because it would go down for my friends, too. I shall check out network-tools.com and see. The domain hasn't crashed yet and so I've been able to reach a launchable state, so that's made me happy at least. Oh, one more question, I discovered a cache folder. Is ...

Haha sorry, there's no error messages, it just says it can't load the page. It always starts with my sites that require useage of MySQL databases (the blog, oekaki board, a fanlist), then the whole domain goes down for an hour or so. As for the links, I'm not sure, I'll check my set up and see if th...

I think you can create multiple Wordpress accounts if you create new tables in the database, which is something I had to do when I had like 5 fanlistings once upon a time, so I'm used to that if I need to make more. However, I seem to be hitting a new snag: I thing Wordpress crashes my domain. Since...

Hmm, the blog content itself won't be for selling anything, but the blog itself will be an example for my interface design/coding portfolio for when I start looking for jobs this summer, do you think that'd count, haha? But I'm not too keen on the ads, though. But I shall keep it in mind if I can DL...

Anyone familiar with blogging software?

So today I thought I might want to try to get on the cutting edge of technology and learn how to set up Movable Type and make it look all pretty and stuff. However, last time I looked at Movable Type was some years ago and I swear it once was a free program but seems to be free no longer. My questio...
