This is my favorite Copper strip in a long time. Really nicely written & the art is splendid as usual.

While I’m commenting, I should say that I really enjoyed what you had to say during the censorship discussion at Stumptown. I wasn’t expecting you to be so vocal, and you ended up being the most thoughtful of the bunch. Much appreciated, and it sounds like the Amulet will probably be your best work to date with how personal it is. Can’t wait.

the Flight 3 print I bought is beautiful, and everyone loves it back home. I was wondering, is it a digital painting? Did you start with a pencil sketch?

    Thanks again–

    H Joe,

Glad you enjoyed my ranting at the Stumptown panel. Heheh. I always forget how much I actually do have to say about the subject of comics in relation to its audience. The print, depending on which one you have, is either an ink and watercolor piece or a pencil sketch plus digital piece. Actually, if you have the Flight 3 cover image, that was done entirely in Photoshop.
